I like Debra Messing and have always appreciated her sense of style. Also, yesterday's weather was beyond horrible and NYC was a complete nightmare, so dressing down and wearing very little is more than understandable. Still, there's no excuse for this.

I just turned into my mother. Or Miss Mapp. Both would have had the same reaction: sudden intake of breath, turning away as if from a fould odor, and s softly whispered, "oh dear"
