Hilary Duff was born in 1987, which means she doesn't remember the eighties. I guess it's a good enough excuse for this outfit, but seriously- doesn't it look like she's hearing Kajagoogoo in her head? Personally, these jeans are giving me nightmares straight of my junior high years, but I almost like the yellow pumps. They just need a better outfit to go with them.

I actually like the style of the jeans- it's the acid wash that ruins them in my opinion. If they were dark and clean the entire look would be different. And with a crisper styled shirt, and either a thin belt or no belt.

All I kept thinking while looking at the photo is I sure would like to see her bank balance. And the sad thing is that at that age she can pull off pretty much any look!
