Just another reason to love Dita Von Teese: she has a beautiful travel companion. Dita and her cat were photographed in LAX earlier today. As you can see, Kitty Von Tease travels in style. Anyone knows if the cat's a male or a female and what's its name?

According to my stealth google skills, it is a boy named Aleister :)
ReplyDeleteDVT is one of my heroes! I hope my cat and I can travel that stylishly one day.
ReplyDeleteI've been over Dita for more than a decade, but I will say this: Devon Rex cats are stinkin' cute, and they are wild, crazy and entertaining, and the sweetest babies. I love her little boy! Look at that belly, will ya?
ReplyDeleteHer stock just went up in my book, love her and the cat!
ReplyDeleteAwwww what a cute picture of Dita and Aleister! He's a boy kitty if you couldn't tell by the name. Dita will always be my favourite style icon; she is the epitome of class.
ReplyDeletekitty! dita! not surprised she like the kitties. now i like her even more.
ReplyDeleteon a side note, i'm really looking forward to her perfume!
cheers,
minette
K., thanks for googling. So good to see you here again!
ReplyDeleteLaura, none of my ten cats is a good traveler. Maybe because I have yet to invest in an LV carrier.
ReplyDeleteCarrie, I've been staring at that adorable belly, too. Love Devon Rex cats. So gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteElizabeth, I get the warm fuzzies for anyone who loves their cats so much.
ReplyDeleteLucie, I'm always amazed how well put together Dita looks even after long flights. Then again, I bet she never flies coach.
ReplyDeleteMinette, I'm also excited about her perfume. I hope she hasn't compromised on it.
ReplyDeleteAleister, huh? I wonder if it he's named after Aleister Crowley? I can't quite decide whether that's witty or in incredibly poor taste if so.
ReplyDeleteI never thought much of Dita until I saw this post. She must love her kitty!
ReplyDeletehes a cute cat, love his belly too. our old cat used to love having is belly rubbed, he was worse than a dog. i guess we can all aspire to look that good after travelling:)
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted a Devon Rex. Too bad I'm allergic to kitties :(
ReplyDeleteThanks Gaia! I've been here the whole time, just lurking I guess!
ReplyDeleteThe cat Dita is pictured with is a male named Aleister. She owns 2 other Devon Rex cats and 2 dogs. Aleister is her favorite of her cats; the other 2 are named Edgar and Herman. Indeed, she so adores her animals that she commissioned oil paintings of them, which hang in her living room.
ReplyDeleteAleister is indeed named for Aleister Crowley, sooort of, his full name is Aleister Meowley. And he does travel well, and loves to be in Dita's Paris digs, too!
