Alicia Keys In London

Alicia Keys chose a very dramatic look for the 2011 Keep A Child Alive Black Ball in London last night. It's a great cause: raising money for families with HIV/AIDS in Africa and India that need treatment and support, and Alicia has definitely done a lot to make this a high profile event (she also performed during the concert part). While I think the Valentino Couture dress is a bit too busy, especially in the back, I adore a girl who isn't scared of makeup and knows how to wear it. The bold fuchsia lipstick and some serious cat eye black liner are ball-perfect, as is Alicia.

  1. I love it! I'm considering buying a sort of similar shade, MAC rebel. I'm blonde though, so I'm still a bit scared.

  6. Mementomori, I'm not brave enough to wear this kind of pink. Alicia really rocks it, but then she's darker than me.
