Kate Hudson as a brunette? Why not?
Here's Kate Hudson as she goes brunette for her role in The Reluctant Fundamentalist, currently filming in NYC. I doubt she'll keep this look, but there is something about it, don't you think?

It's a lovely shade of brown, but I think it ages her in a way that isn't completely flattering.
ReplyDeleteI kind of feel she looks older in that shade. Strange how colors don't always work the way you'd think. I'd love that color for me though! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's just not "her." I find the shade totally unflattering. She's a true blonde who lookes best as a blonde--a rare quality. I hope she returns to her natural color.
ReplyDeleteI was talking about this with someone on Twitter earlier. I thought it was a wig, it doesn't seem right on her somehow. I agree with Evelyn that is seems to age her.
ReplyDeleteWow, definitely a different look for her. I think the colour allows her to escape the image of a comedy actress for serious roles.
ReplyDeleteI actually really like it on her! I think it might be the style that is aging, but I also think I look a bit older with darker hair too.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a great shade! She looks a lot more sophisticated with this colour xo
ReplyDeleteEach time I see her, she reminds me of Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter (notice her bad nose job).
ReplyDeleteI think she is not sophisticated enough to wear this kind of color :).
She is gorgeous - both as a blonde and a brunette. I am surprised by all the negative comments. The comments regarding an "aged look" may have more to do with recent childbirth than hair color.
ReplyDeleteWow, I love it. Very sexy.
ReplyDeleteShe wears it well! And surprisingly so for a natural blonde.
