From a 1998 interview:
"For all its exhaustion and difficulties, I have this charmed life of a strong family life, with my two little baby boys and my husband and my home and my friends, and getting to be a gypsy playing these parts. Acting was my dream, and it's kind of unthinkable to do anything else."
A beautiful homage...
ReplyDeleteand nothing else to add.
I remember watching The Handmaid's Tale alone in the theater when I was 20- I was so struck with her performance.
ReplyDeleteI love that she was an unusual beauty...someone with intensity, yet no arrogance.
such a terrible terrible tragedy.

ReplyDeleteRIP, Natasha.
ReplyDelete*sigh*
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tribute. It saddened me very, very much to hear the news.
Yes. She was a beautiful and gracious lady with no neurotic need to confess. I was saddened for days by the news of her death. She reminded me of a more graceful past. RIP.
