Laura Mercier Illuminating Eye Colour- Sneak Peek

Here's a quick look at the just-launched Laura Mercier Illuminating Eye Colour range. It's part of Mercier's Art Deco Muse Holiday 2012 Collection. Laura Mercier's makeup artists first debuted the Illuminating Eye Colour last february during fashion week, but the products weren't available until now. The new texture of Laura Mercier eye shadows is springy and almost creamy, inviting to stick your fingers in the quilted pattern. These eye shadows can be applied wed or dry. I'll let you know how that works.

Here you can see three out of four Laura Mercier Illuminating Eye Colours: Gilded Moonlight, Gilded Platinum and Gilded Bronze. There's a fourth shade, a very trendy Gilded Rosegold that seems to be exclusive to Laura Mercier's website, at least for the moment.  Give me a few days to play and I'll be back with swatches and a full review.

Laura Mercier Illuminating Eye Colour ($24 each) is currently available from Sephora and Lauramercier.com. I assume this holiday collection will also make an appearance at the counters.
