Here's one last item from Laura Mercier White Magic Collection for Holiday 2013: Rose Prism Brilliant Glacé. This is an easy to love use-to-the-last-drop lip gloss in a cool rose color and a very shiny finish. Obviously, it's the excellent cherry on top for a holiday party, but I confess that I've been wearing it in the middle of the day just because. Rose Prism is such a wearable and happy color (and the brilliant shine is also a mood enhancer) that I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.
This new Brilliant Glacé is unscented, which may satisfy those of you who find the fragrance used in many Laura Mercier lip products a bit overwhelming. Personally, I prefer a scented product over one that smells "naturally chemical", but I don't let it bother me in this case, because the gloss is just so pretty. The formula is among the least sticky I know, so that's nice. Longevity is as expected from a sheer gloss when reapplying is part of the fun.
Laura Mercier Rose Prism Brilliant Glacé Lip Gloss For Holiday 2013 ($24) is available at the counters and from lauramercier.com. The product for this review was sent by PR.
