Here's a first look at a bunch of items from NARS Spring 2013 Color Collection. They're as bright and cheerful as NARS promised, which couldn't be more delightful on a dreary January day. What you see here are the new blush, Seduction, an eye shadow duo, Mad Mad World, and a single shadow, Persia. Below is the PR photo of the makeup look created by Francois Nars. Model Stella Tennant has the perfect 1990s edge for these colors, yet she makes it look wearable:
