Kate, William And Harry In London

All the celeb photo sites are full of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise looking and toting Princess Suri all over NYC. Whatever. I'd rather look at some real royalty. Catherine the Duchess of Cambridge looked every bit the princess she is as she attended The Sun Military Awards at Imperial War Museum in London with the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry. It's such a pleasure watching Kate, William and Harry. They seem comfortable and happy with their roles and work. They look like real, normal people while still maintaining the magic and glamour of royalty, something that was sorely missing from the previous generation of royals.

  1. they are wonderful to watch -- celebrity gossip without the guilt -- but the tightlining has got to go!

  2. Kate really picks the best clothes, they make the most of her body type. I prefer the elegant, classy look to the rag tag, everyone look at me fashion that people fall over themselves to wear.

It is nice to see them so relaxed, happy and like normal people. Charles & Diana never looked that way and Andrew and Sarah only so-so.

Katie Holmes? yes another fashion mishap. I'm bored with the 2 of them and stopped liking Tom Cruise many years ago.

  3. The amount to which I am obsessed with all of them is rather embarrassing. I have plans for that Harry...

  4. I agree ...am so tired of Katie and Suri....Kate looks great here and glad to have heard it is a McQueen dress. She has much class beyond her years. Katie is nowhere near that.
    Have a great Christmas!!

  5. They look spectacular! The dress reminds me of the black velvet dress Diana wore soon after her engagement (or marriage), the one she almost spilled out of upon exiting her car.

  6. I love Princess Catherine, and think William, Catherine and Harry have brought renewed energy and vitality to the Monarchy. I am such a Anglo-nerd it isn't funny but it's such fun seeing them enjoy themselves!

Eva-I remember that dress of Diana's, it DID cause quite a stir, didn't it?

Gaia, happy holidays to you and all of your furr-babies!

  8. Christine, I consider royal news the father and mother of all celeb gossip.

  9. Evelyn, comparing photos of young C & D to Wills and Kate tells the whole story. The former were such a bad match it's hard to believe they went through with the marriage. It's easy to say "oh, those were different times", but really, we're talking 1981, not 1881.

  10. Noel, I'm too old to have plans for that Harry, but I kinda do...

  11. Style & Cannoli, Kate is everything I hoped she would be. William couldn't have made a better choice.

  12. Ava, I remember that photo of Diana. She was so pretty and innocent (and miserable).
